Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier 
  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team via email 
  • If the order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days 


Orders After Dispatch 

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. 


Order Changes 

We do not support modifications to items or delivery details once an order has been placed. If changes are required, you may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
