Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Return requests should be made within the specified return period from delivery. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. The amount is credited to the original payment method, and a confirmation email is shared once completed.
