Returns and Refund Policy

By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below.  
 

Return Eligibility  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be returned as received  
  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or alteration will not be accepted  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery  
  • To initiate a return, you must contact our support team within the specified timeframe  

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.  


How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    

Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return to eclipsethreadcollectiveprivate@gmail.com  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence    

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear images showing the issue to help us process your request efficiently  

Step 3: Follow Instructions    

Once your request is approved, we will share detailed instructions for completing the return process  

We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet our stated criteria.  
 

Refund Process and Timeline  

After receiving the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with our return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.  

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.  


Partial Refunds  

In certain cases where the returned item does not fully meet the return conditions (such as missing packaging or minor damage), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve the matter promptly.
